Complaint Details:
I I’m using my Kotak credit card since 3 years and my card CRN no 94224330.. due to some payment delay my card got block without information and even I cleared the full amount with Kotak collection team and phone banking person update for unblock my card… And after the complete payment I put the request to unblock my card and they ask me to wait for 7 working days and finally I received a call from Kotak stating that due to PM Modi demonatization issue my card won’t unblock and they suggesting me to apply new credit card .. And the same I ask to the people to send in mail format and they ignored to send…
So I’m requesting to Kotak people to activate my card to maintain future transactions with healthy relation.
