Complaint Details:
My name is Gurvinder kaur. On 24th of november i applied online for saving av and next day on 25th november executive came to my residence and filled all the papers and transferred rs10000 to open an ac. Till 25th november to 27th December there is no ac been opened and i try to call them and mail them they don’t reply. Executive Mr. Mithilesh who came to collect documents he is keep on repeating the same story today it will open. I try to contact his senior but he has different story.
Please help me i dont want any ac in kotak bank. I urgently need money due to some health problems. Please help me if i say i dont want any ac then also they are not transferring my money. Please help me. My ph.no 9716640346. I can give all the details.
