Complaint Details:
On 06th/12/2016 i placed an online order on kfc’s online delivery site. the amount was debited from my card but i didnt get any order confirmation. when i called the customer care no., they said that it might refund in 10-15 days. instead of helping they asked me to place order again and pay for it. I have the proof regarding the amount being debited in terms of the message and the website error page.
i dont have that much of patience to wait for soo many days for such a small amount. This is the worst service possible.
