Scam or fraud: Jet Airways — Missed the flight on 5 Dec and harassment by its staff at the airport T-3

In brief:
I have entered airport at 6.10-6.15 instead guiding me to the gate to board they started scolding us being late and cancelled our tkt while we had enough time to get board as it is written over the ticket tht 25 min prior gates will be closed.. i was still having 30-35 mnt to onboard and having web checkin done (i told them)
i neeed urgent intervention on this with my money back
details:
I have booked three tickets on the above flights and reached at Terminal 1 as there is no information for Terminal and got late to reach at T-3 and could arrange at around 6.10 and asked for boarding pass and luggage submission. Lady sitting on the counter c asked me to reach at at the last counter due to late arrival I reached there and got a very bad treatment. that lady was literally shouting on passengers that its not there fault if we are late and money is wasted now with no further details for the adjustment or any next suggestion to get the flight I agree we got late but it was not mentioned anywhere where to get the flights of jet airways..
next she sent us to reservation counter; met lady named Shilpika she was sooooooo much arrogant and misbehaving like anything.. this staff is so rude and she was not even allowing us to say anything. she didn’t tell me that they can arrange something for us with less money loss but she has charged 13k apprx for next flight which could be done in 4-5 k (got to know from the other staff itself) even if I asked her that one other person is getting the same flight for 3 k around she said to mind your business and dnt compare urself with anyone else.. the way she was talking was ridiculous..Next I had to struggle a lot to get into a waiting room as the staff is busy and not available to arrange an exit for me. with a small kid I had to struggle to get the flight for 2 hours.. I m very much disappointed as I met a huge loss of around 18 k to save money we do booking mnths prior to the travel date but that staff is behaving like hell and as if we are their slave. They have provided wrong tickets for my kid two times and I only rush to them each and every time.. I m not happy and would like to get in touch with the higher authority for this.I should have been suggested for some other options.They are harassing ppl not helping them a person who missed his flight must be in tension already nd they were treating like this.I need some urgent action on this adn want my money back.
