This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a student of IGNOU having enrollment id[protected].The examination form filling fees has been deducted twice i.e Rs.960 has been deducted instead of Rs.480.
Its a humble request to take note of the matter and do the needful for the refund of extra amount debited.
