Dear Sir,
On Sunday that’s on 18th Dec I tried to book railway ticket through online service.The amount Rs 2055 was didected from my bank balance but the ticket was not issued.Then I called up customer care and got to know that in 3 working days the amount will be deposit to my account.Here in the attachment it shows that amount is been settled down but didnt receive yet in my account.Please update me about my amount to be received.Below is the details
