Complaint Details:
I have done my flight ticket booking through IRCTC, and i have cancelled that, for the same they have to refund me around 1200 rupees, and it was happened in august month, I had contacted them many times through mail and through telephone costumer care number, they are not responding properly they even not worried about costumer time and patience and importance, they are behaving a as irresponsible employees, its because of that they do not have any higher level monitoring, every thing is going under costumer care employees only, so all they are very unacknowledged guys, and I think its a private organization, but they are behaving like worst then public organization employees, this is completely expressing their monopoly I ticket booking, Here i am requesting Mr. Suresh prabhu or Railway ministry (i don’t know it will be viewed by them or not) but please eliminate this type of mono ruling in public sectors.
