I am sanjiv sharma and i would like to complain about the amount money that hasen’t been refunded to me of the cancelled ticket, the refundable amount is 5100 and the ticket was cancelled 23-12-2016 and i haven’t recieved my money as yet i had asked my bank about the refunded money so he said that he hasn’t recieved the money .So i would like to request to refund my money as soon as possible.
