Complaint Details:
Today at around 3O’clock i have called to the helpine number to know the ststus of my account which is new. But i have received vulgur answers from the online guy by name Mansoor from Chennai mount road branch.
At first i have asked him how much time it will take to open an account in your branch. He replied back to me stating that it will take 3 days of time. After that i have told him that as per my company norms they have requested us to open the account in IOB bank. After that conversation had happened for more that 8 minutes speaking very rudely with the customer. I have stated so many times like “this is not the right way to speak/deal with the customer”. For this he replied back like “teach me how to speak so that i will learnt from you”.
After this conversation i have asked him like how it will be possible to come to the branch during office hours. He replied back like “you only need to come and collect all the documents from the branch”. For this reply i have asked him like how we will come to the branch for this he replied back like you can change the branch to nearest branch. For this he is asking me like o tell the pin code of my nearest location. As i forgot the pin code i have asked him o search in Google and let me know the procedure. For this he spoke to me like “you have been in Chennai for more than 3 years first you tell me the pin code
I would like to know is this is the right way to speak with the customer. I am sincerely requesting you people to learn how to deal with the customers for better growth of your organization.
I am very frustrated and so only i am writing this lodging a complaint. Hope i will get reply as soon as you see this scenario which i have stated above.
