Complaint Details:
I had purchased IFB microwave conventional from FLIPKART at march-april from very first day it doesn’t work so we start to make a call to your service center no. but all your toll free no. doesn’t work, then we register our complaint through SMS after few months, after 7 or 8 days your technician had came and said that we are not capable for repair this so senior technician come from Head Office and he we repair it.. then no body come from that day.. even some day before i register same complaint and same man said same lines to me … after 3 or 4 visits he never resolve the problem Now i register same complaint to ticket no. 18836952 but no body come to resolve my problem… i just begging to you please exchange the product or send me good technician.
i will never buy your product again, please help me once,
