My spare tyre is missing after third free service and it was available before leaving my car for service.
I entrust my car for the third free service on 26.06.2018 morning. I took back my car on the same day evening after the service. While taking back I didn’t notice the Stepney tyre due to urgency & having trust on Hyundai.
As I was busy with my works, I didn’t notice the Stepney. Last week only I noticed & enquired about the Spare wheel at M/s. Golden Hyundai, Coimbatore and they told it was not there.
Show room people confirmed that it was available during service by checking cctv footage. But when I came for picking my car, I noticed that it went for trial run. I doubt that spare wheel might missed during that time.
Kindly take necessary steps to bring back my spare tyre.
Hope I will get my spare tyre soon
