Complaint Details:
I have bought a printer from HP.
It has shown a problem in few months at that time we have called their customer care no. and our problem was resolved. But now it is showing that problem again. We are trying to contact their customer care no. but as the operator picks up the phone we tell our problem to him\her and he rejects the phone without listening to us. And Our printer is also in warrenty.
We are facing many problems as printers are in our daily use.
Please help us to resolve this problem.
