This is to bring to your kind notice that We had purchased a Honda Activa 3G Scooter on 24.08.201 through M/s Srivari Automobiles, Three Star Lane, Near 7th day School, Chelakottukara, Mannamangalam, Nellikunnu, Thrissur-68005, Kerala Tel. 085928 98989, 9745737189.
We would like to inform you that due to the Onam Holidays My Honda Activa 3G scooter’s 4th service has been delayed.
The due date for the 4th Service was on 24th August 2017. Due to some unavoidable circumstance we couldn’t give the scooter for service on the above said date. Immediately after next day we had been asked for a service booking which has given for 6th September 2017, due to holidays and other tight schedules.
Now we have received a call from Srivari Automobile Service Centre vide mob. no. 974537189 and informed that your vehichle’s free service is expired due to delay and you can only avail paid service for the above scooter.
I would be glad if you could look into the matter and inform me what is actually happening with prestigious HONDA BRAND services!!
