Complaint Details:
I have used my payzapp account and transferred 5000 to a savings account which showed success and money got debited from my account and did not reach the account .I think it might because of the wrong ifsc code .when sent a mail I got a reply stating it will be credited back in 5 days till now nothing happened .Transaction happened on the 9th September .registered number [protect]
