Hi
I am gautam ahuja. I purchased the product from flipkart (Jbl flip 2) for rs 4500. It is good product and was working fine. From last few days its was having charging problem and its was having battery isuue as well. So i decide to visit bangalore service centre. They saw the product and said its physical damage but seriously i don’t see any physical damage in that port so i decided to seek help from ma friend who is technician working in mnc (If needed ill give the detail of that person also he saw that product within few seconds he said there is no physical damage it is having some problem from inside.
It was horrible to know that service centre people were wrong they denied giving service for the product which is under warranty.
Not expected from jbl i mailed them thrice with this issue of product and behavioural issue the employee of that service centre were having
I need the help if i have to talk to higher authorities also i will like to question them.
