This is with regard to my booking I made with GO AIR today 10th Dec 2016 morning from Bangalore to Pune roundtrip.
26th Jan to 28th 2017 was my First Booking (which they said to makemytrip executive they will refund to me 100% so based on it within 1 hour I had to rebook the flight with different dates)
26th Jan to 30th 2017 was my Second Booking ( I booked immediately within 1 hour and when I called makemytrip and GO AIR to process my payment back they denied and said we can’t refund )

Based on Saajan’s update and conversation with GO AIR Farida I was advised to book another ticket with change in return tickets I did same as per his insturction within 1 hour. After booking my tickets again I followed with Makemytrip for refund so that they can help in transaction with GO AIR.
I spoke to Abhishek and he connected conferences call with another GO AIR agent after my second booking the lady totally denied my refund and she said I will charged for cancellation of my tickets and there will be no refund of money. I will not receive any refund for my bookings.
This something very weird, absurd, and worst customer service which GO AIR is giving she is saying mirror booking which I have not heard of anytime …she totally denied my refund. I am now totally upset with the service they are giving I will definitely not recommend any one GO AIR and tell very clear the policy are not good and they making money very unethically and not even considering any valid reason if customer is having.
In service industry customer should be retained by good customer service experience and they will be repeat customers
but GO AIR is interested in having only one time customers.
Brand image will build up with repeat customers but with this kind of service they can make just policy one time and attract customers one time and no repeat customers will be there.
One day definitely GO-AIR AIRLINE will shut down if they continue to have such policy & services … I will write negative comment on their website about their response and not recommend to anyone.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided on the website of Go-air and Makemytrip they say it is refundable but it totally non-refundable. The WORD REFUNDABLE is misleading.
I am not sure why the message was not communicated to me fully. I definitely need any answer from GO-AIR & Makemytrip on this.
I will share & escalate this email with all airlines so that they can know what GO-AIR is communicating and not serving correctly their ethically.
