Complaint Details:
I have recharged my number via freecharge money was deducted but balance not received freecharge do not have any customer care number they are continuously making false assurance trough their email…firstly they told recharge will be done within 2 hours then 24 hours then 1-2 days… i have already talked to operator they told me no recharge was done.
Freecharge is bogus and false website/app to make recharge kindly do not recharge through them…
