Complaint Details:
My name is Balbir Singh, I did a DTH recharge for ?200 on 15-1- 2016. The site crashed in between and the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I had filed a complaint through care@freecharge.com on the issue on 16-12-2016, but the amount has not been refunded even after 9 days. Kindly ensure the refund of the amount as soon as possible.
