Dear Sir/Mam,
I am very much upset with flipkart. Initially they have given me laptop with damged screen and I requested return. Its of HP compony and they people almost took ten days for sending the engineers. Pikkupman took it from my side and its more than 15 days. Initially flipkart people says thay they will give replcemnt by 16 oct 2017. When I called them on 16 oct they said new date i.e. 23 oct 2017. Today is 18th october and online status shows nothing.
Its mental harshment for me, since I purchaser online laptop on 23 sep 2017 and yet not reciving any replacemnt from flipkart.
I did several mails to them but nothing is the output of that.
