Hi team,
I dont know what should i say about your service. But one word which is not even enough is “pathetic”.
I am raising this concern everywhere as one of my courier with my documnets was sent on 5th of november its been 5 days and status is “in transit”. I called to your customer care and the originator as well but i did not get any update. These people are telling me that they will send an email and will confirm later on and blaming me all the time that you could have called me earlier and its my fault.
I dont understand the reason why your customer care is not responding. Above statement has been given by originator contact no is +91 96966 95493.
I called on 022 3957 6666 and 011 3944 4444 but i am all empty hand.
I will miss my admission as shipment has all my important documents what needs to be verified physically by my college authority.

This is serious issue and needs to be looked upon high priority.
