Complaint Details:
We have purchased Dr.Aquagaurd water purifier about one year back. 2 days back the EUREKA FORBES compny service person visited and said that one of the 2 filters has not been installed from the begining. its a faulty installation and because of that the motor has failed.
Yesterday, another service person visited, cheked and said we need to pay 3500 for the motor. In one year, this water purfier’s motor is not working and that too due to the fault committed by the company service personnel themselves.
WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A MISTAKE COMMITTED BY THEM
I WANT THE MOTOR TO BE REPLACED FREE OF COST
OR I WANT FULL REFUND OF MONEY FOR THE FILTER
