Complaint Details:
Highly disappointed and regretting now for having Elica chimney. Within 2 weeks of using the glace trim ltw 60 tc3v power plus led model chimney, the suction motor went down . I contacted the Elica CC and within 2 days the technician arrives .Unfortunately that day we have some power outage in my area and the technician told me that he will come again in the next day. After that he never shown up and i got a SMS stating my issue got resolved . Again i complained through the dealer and this time the same technician came and told me that the chimney motor went bad and it will be replaced by Elica within next 4 days . Before the 4 day deadline ends i got a SMS that my issue got addressed and the respective ticket got closed. This time im really got fadeup with the type of response and service provided by Elica in Bangalore /Whitefield area.
I desperately waiting somebody to help me on this . My warranty registration number is YSF16108073.
