Complaint Details:
I brought Moto G from Ebay, My 1st issue was with Blue dart, the services are gone poor drastically, they never call they never step on the door, but will update the delivery status failed door locked. after my escalation to show me the proof of the call and the visit to my door, which they failed to. my product got deliverd in 40 min i was surprised.
The comes to the product was full of minute scratches, the phone was used, & i raised a complaint for which i just get a msg saying our claim team has tried to call please accept our calls from no +9102261322300. when you suggest customer of waiting 48 to 72 hours for a call. & you make an single attempt to reach out customer sounds so stupid. shows no value to customer time 7 patience you are not encouraging us to buy products from you.
