Complaint Details:
This is the second time continuously i am complaining you against the same store of Silver Square Mall, B.D Road, Jaipur. I have ordered a Farmhouse pizza through the dominos app.In the picture mentioned in your app shows the large quantity of mushrooms.I received my order and paid them through Paytm for which the total amount was 294.My Last experience was very bad with you guys so I decided to check the pizza in front of your delivery executive and when I opened the box I saw a pizza with four pieces of capsicum, three pieces of mushrooms and the onion was not at all fresh.Is this the quality you serve to your customer at this point of time.You are fooling us.You charge 294 for a pizza which is not fresh and roping if 4.pieces of capsicum and 3 pieces of mushrooms.
I clicked a picture in front of the delivery executive so that you guys should not blame me for continuously complaining for the second time.I will take this to the consumer forum because you guys think that the customer is a fool, you are cheating us by uploading the fake pictures of your products on your app and you serving us third class food.
And the person present at your restro disconnect my call on my face as if i was asking for a ‘bheekh’ for food at this point of time.He did not show any courtesy that a person is hungry at this point of time and he is facing this kind of problem.I will make sure that I will send you the legal notice and I will take help of the social media as well.
