Dear Sir
My name is sahil dhingra we had booked services through cox and kings for Bali. they literally delayed the package for more than 20 days and every time this company employees used to haress me. We had deposited 90000 rs in the company for flight bookings
Now after 20 days of repeated harassment we shifted to other company and booked the rest of the package. Now the flight cost which they told me was 78000. They are denying now to refund my 12000 rs
This company is literally harassing customers not giving proper service and then also deducting money
Why??
I have all the proofs on mail
Kindly help me get my full refund of 12000 back
