Problem : PCB problem
I had purchased this mobile with a trust to be a good mobile phone. After 7 moths of use the phone started giving problem with gating blue screen and vibrate than switch off. Submitted 1month back to the Sagar City Service Center. After expected return date the local service center have no idea about the current status of the mobile. Only reply they provide ‘We will give you call on return of the mobile’ and when asked ‘When ?’ they have no answer at all. The Coolpad service Center Contact numbers seem to be more worst then this. Every time i call they give answer that it will take your phone ready go local service center but local service center tell phone not come.
