Complaint Details:
When i booked the ticket in scoot airways, it says only hand luggage is allowed, incase of checkin baggage, starts $15 for 15kgs. When i traveled, i have carried 38kgs for 4 persons. If so considering 3×15 kgs, the amount should be $45. that is INR 2250. Also, when i booked the ticket, i tried for online booking for luggage which could not find on that page.
Finally, i have charged for 2x20Kgs, i.e., 2 x INR 4093, i.e., INR 8186.
Can you please explain.
1. Why cleartrip website doesn’t giving correct direction while booking.
2. Whether i have paid over amount, if please arrange for refund the balance
