Complaint Details:
I BOOKED 2 tickets (Chandigarh – goa and Return ) for 2 adults and 1 child
on 18th Dec 2016
for to travel on 31st dec 2016 and fro on 7th Jan 2017
i got ticket printed on 26th Dec 2016, only to my surprise that my return date is 7th Feb 2017. I was shocked to see change in date…i did not realizes the details in excitement of getting holiday booked and telling it to my kid.
however i am sure i have not booked for 7th feb 2017
why would i? when i have 7 days to holiday
NOW I AM SURPRISED BY PATHETIC LEVEL OF SERVICES ON CLEARTRIP PART
1. there is no complaint email to be written to
2. there is no grievance area or write to us form on their portal. If it is there i can not find it, it not even inside login are(dashboard)
3. i reported case to helpline no, they did not get back to me in 8hrs. Then when i called they said their work time is over (ha ha..)
4. i am clueless what to do, but i will FIGHT this
