I have pay an order in amazon.com from my canara bank debit card and after few hour I have cancelled my booked order. After some time in this regard a text-message had arrived from Amazon.com that my order has cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly in my net banking account and again after few days a message from amazon.com is arrived that refund of 1285 is processed successfully. For dealy over 4 days contact your branch with charge auth. Code : 722015475506.
But when I checked my account balance there is no refund payment is credited to my account.
Then I call to Amazon customer care executive and said about the problem I had facing in these days. He said to me that You should call to your bank customer care executive to transfer your refund amount in your bank account.
Therefor I sending this e-mail to you kindly check my refund amount and please credit it to my Canara bank Account
