Complaint Details:
My Name is “Rajesh Mulchandani” I am having an Health Insurance Policy from United India ( Policy No. [protect]P107568908) due date was 10/09/2017 and i have made online payment with Transaction Id (GC201709090009819829) on 9th of September 2017 through net-banking and amount also deducted from bank account . But i have not received any confirmation from the Company and when i was visited in local office they are not able to update status for the same and asking me wait till they get any update for the same . and i have also personally met with grievance officer Mr Sandeep patil “Assistant Manager ” he has also given me assurance that we will resolve this issue ASAP . Still not getting any response for the same .
Request you to please look into the matter and help in resolve the said issue .
