Dear concerned,
This is regarding my EMI card being blocked permanently without any prior notice and inspite of no EMI bounce & available credit balance. My last purchase with the same EMI card was on September 2016 of rs 10000 approx. I tried to use the card to purchase a mobile on 29th november 2016 but the BFL executive told that my card was blocked. Next i called the customer care centre and the automated voice told me that my card was permanently blocked. Kindly activate/unblock my card asap since there is no fault or due emi from my side. Also kindly explain the reason for blocking my card where i am a customer for last 2.5 years, is this the way you treate your loyal customers.
