Scam or fraud: Bajaj Finance — Not providing proper response on repair status of my led tv – extended warranty

Complaint Details:
Claim number oc17-1801-6609 – 00001193. I have submitted my samsung led tv -55 inches one and half year old to the bajaj extended warranty service center in khairatabad (Hyderabad) on 12-nov as there was problem with the tv display. Till date i have not received my tv as promised with in 10days time and everyday when i call up to check the status the answer they provide is another 2 days. This is the same status that i get from them. There is no proper status provided to me, it has been already 24 days without the tv at my home.

When contacted the concerned manager, the answer i am getting is it will be done by this saturday and that saturday never comes. This has been continuing from the past two weeks

I am not sure when the led tv will be repaired and handed over to me. I want to know why there is a delay in getting my tv repaired and why proper status is provided to me? How long i am going to listen to the same word that it will take another two days. Atleast they should provide proper status when will the tv handed over to me?
