Scam or fraud: Amount debited from paytm wallet but not credited to bank account

I have tried to money transfer paytm wallet

Same time my mobile faildown from my hand

and amount hasbeen debited from my paytm wallet

Rs.200 but still its showing pending and my payym

wallet showing Rs.200 less So please refund is earliest

to my bank account or paytm wallet.
