Hi, Recently I purchased one Samsung galaxy On5 pro drom Amazon India. When I received the product it was slightly damaged. Then I requested return for the product, they accepted my return request, after two days one guy has received the product and provided one receipt for the same. But when he provided the receipt he mentioned that tracking number as wrong number, lime he missed one digit on that. So when I called Amazon again they informed me that they did not receive any product feom my end and return request has been cancelled. I called more than 5 times and they neglected me every time. They disconnect my calls. They don’t respond properly. Finally they told that they can not do anything on this. So please helo me on this.
