Complaint Details:
Order placed on 16th Nov 2016.Its a prepaid order.I get a mail on 18th Nov mentioned “Order is out for delivery”. So i kept waiting the whole day, Didnt go out as i would miss the order.In the evening i get a message that delivery was attempted, which is shocking to hear.Imagine you wait the whole day & youre out patience & you get to hear that “We tried to deliver, but youre not there”.I didnt receive any call nor some one came to my residence.They FAKED THE DELIVERY.i Call up the customer care, they say we cant help you.In the tracking its moentined the delivery will be attmpted the next business day, but not delivered the next day also.Basically Amazon has started cheating people with such FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS.Wasting Consumers time.Customer care says we cant help, its not in our hands.Its also a prepaid order, they care a dam cause they alreayd took the money. The order is shipped form 20km away from my residence.They FAKED THE DELIVERY & still they couldnt deliver the product even after 4 days. Whats suprising is that they dont think that they did a mistake.
What should we do when brands start treating consumers like this?When brands dont respect consumers time and money?
Indian Consumers, its time to know what brands will do to you when they become big.They follow unethical means to achieve numbers, ignoring customer satisfaction.
Moral of the story: Dont let brands become so big that the start ignoring the consumer. NO consumer-NO Brand.
