Complaint Details:
I have done recharge of Rs.100 on September 11 th 2017 using Airtel.in . on the same day, I get unsuccessful recharge message. but, it does not reflect in my account yet.
And also, the amount rs 100 does not return back to my bank account. I have given my transaction id as below.

Please check and update my airtel account.
