Complaint Details:
On the last day of the data pack expiry, I get a precall announcement for more than 20 sec, stating I must recharge my data pack. Only after listening to this pre-call advertisement of airtel, the dialed number gets connected. Ths is seriously annoying. Raised complained 2278649533 on 11 Nov. Appelate & Nodal officers are asking for 24 hrs time every alternate day and there is no resolution till date.
I informed that that I was unable to call the doctor on time when my father had a heart attack because I had to listen to this pre call announcement which happened to be on the last day of data expiry and the appellate person is telling me I should have called ambulance and not doctor. Who is she to decide what needs to be done? I am forced to do a data recharge to avoid this pre-call announcement that gets played before everycall. I need a resolution ASAP or a refund of the money I spent for my airtel number all these years.
