Complaint Details:
I have an APP of Airtel payment bank in which my Rs. 3, 000/- has been hanged due to debit transaction are not allowed since 29 August 2017. I contacted customer care multiple times, but no one picks the call.I have also sent a mail to wecare@airtelbank.com, but there is no response. Now my money is stucked can’t use for any thing.Now I am feeling fully harass due to company did not solve my problem. Please take needful action against the company.
