Complaint Details:
I am using Airtel prepaid mobile services for the past 15 years. But Since last two years, me and people of my locality are suffering from bad signal strength of Airtel 4G network. Most of the times signals are absent which irritates and we are unable to continue our talks even in emergency situations. There is a call drop too at everytime.
Airtel being a big telecom player need to take initiative and support the customers who are facing such technical issues. Even most of the poeple in my locality have been migrated to other service providers.
Please look into this serious matter and do the quick response and rectify the same as soon as possible.
