Scam or fraud: Aircel Cellular Limited — Failed To Provide Service Want Hard earned Money?

Complaint Details:
Dear Aircel Customer Care, you have failed to provide postpaid to prepaid conversion, and planned to send Bills for even after i raised request for that. I gave request on 11-Nov-2016 in Spencer Plaza. My Service Request Number is 1-25120094465 and my mobile number is 97106 98260. I don’t get any response till date by mail or call. i hope you have planned to send bills. i have paid advance for unbilled amount as well. Can you tell me what you are planning to do? when this request will be processed? till then you want hard earned money for your delay in process? you can mail me if you have any reason/ concern.
