Complaint Details:
Moving the items from bangalore to hyderabad, they have misplaced two of my costly items, dinning table top glass and micro-oven.
They have taken the items on 24th September from my bangalore home and delivered it on 6th october. But the two items are missing. Now they are not responding to my queries, kindly help me to get these items back.
First of all this packers is neither safe nor fast. They are group of goons who initially gives cheap rates to attract customers and then they charge illogical amount(like stationery charge, transit charge etc) once the package is moved to their place.
Initially they have given the quotation of 15K, after the items are reached to their place they changed that amount to 22K. I have paid that amount in advance. Even though on delivering the item two weeks delay, they have stolen/misplaces my two items including dinning table top and micro-oven.
Now they are not responding to any of my calls. I dont know what to do now.
I need my items to be returned back or return the original cost of the item.
