Scam or fraud: Across Traveller — Taken Advance – No Package, No refund, No conversation & All numbers works once

Complaint Details:
I have booked a package after receiving a itinerary mail. itinerary was linked to website. they insisted to pay on same day for availing a special discount.we have made the booking and given 30% advance payment of Rs. 12000/-. after that when i tried to contact them before 10 days to trip start.
1. agent booked me left the organisation.
2. agent taken the money phone off.
3. landline no one picked.
4. any how manage to contact one requested to make the balance payment and after that never received the calls. (nothing about voucher and confirmation)
5. after asking itinerary over the mail again and again no one reply.
6. manage to speak one more different person he also talks about balance payment and said package booked on given price not available we need to give more payment (STILL NOTHING ABOUT THE ITINERARY).
7. we said ok but give me the vouchers they reply offered hotel is sold out now they will give me another option.
8. before a day of trip. we have No Confirmation, No Package, No Voucher, No Conversation and we were asked to travel they will confirm is to us on our arrival.
9. on our arrival we were offered a roadside hotel near railway station booked via goibibo by them. after 24 hrs travel and with 2 kids and one 1 year and second 6 years. we were not having any option that time.
10. next day a cab suppose to be there with driver for sightseeing but noting happen.
11. we checked out and done all the booking by ourselves.

After requesting so many time that travelling with kids please take care of our booking they made it the biggest mistake of my life. we were mentally, physically and financially harassed.

please any one help me i really want to raise a complain against them and want a action to be taken.
