Scam or fraud: Mumbai University — University is not issuing my diploma.

Complaint Details:
I completed my diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education in 2015 from SIES college, affiliated to the Mumbai University. I have still not received my diploma. Each time I went to the university, they mentioned that my college hadn’t paid the convocation fees. I submitted proof saying that they have. I attached a letter and to which they approved. They asked me to come after a week. A week later when I went back, they said that they won’t issue the diploma as they weren’t aware of the cbgs format or something. They’re the most lethargic people you can ever find on this planet. They are so lazy to even strike a conversation with the students. They unnecessarily take breaks for one and a half years and the students have to wait outside for them. They’re extremely rude and don’t even have a code of conduct. I request you to take this piece of information seriously and help me get my certificate on time. I’ve wasted my time with this university and hoping I get my certificate soon.

I have ordered 1 jeans…Though I have returned the jeans…The amount is not yet refunded to my account…I made payment through online…I made return request on 3rd Nov…But still its not refunded. Also tried to send mail..Its not going…Phone given in myntra website is not working…Worst service I have ever faced in myntra since last 5 years…Please refund the amount ASAP. This is regarding my Tikona connection.

I am facing issues with it for the last 3 months and raised complaints 20 times. Your so called “technical ” support tean is not capable of resolving it. Customer support executive will mimic the below script
1 as i am using service since march
2 give me last opportunity
3 as i can see last time you issue was not resolved, i will give you proper resolution(does that mean the previous ones are fired from company since they are not capable enough)
4 then she asks to keep the connection in some monitoring(sounds some ICU) mode and will disconnection request will remain open. I am not sure what must have happened to the earlier ones.
5 then I say “no, don’t resolve it, just send somebody to close it” Then the Customer executive will fool me saying”anyways your billing cycle is 7th, till the time use it” and this cycle continues forever…

I had read on internet that Tikona is “faansi ka fanda” and you will never close the connection once it is started.
I had made clear in the month of October that I will not be paying November bill if i face one more issue.

So please please please close my connection or let me cut the wire by myself. If you do not want to mention “Poor connectivity” as the “reason”, you are free to mention whatever you want such as “Customer relocated” or “customer died”.

Sir/madam, it is to inform that at ndls railway station the old notes of ₹500 and ₹1000 are not been taken but after offering some bribe to police they are taking old notes. My father had went to book ticket in general classfor ald at 27 no. Counter where he refused to take old notes and even not giving tickets on new currency ok ₹2000 on complaining to police they didn’t took any action but taking some bribe and then give tickets on old note.

Presence of ferocious street dogs in our lane Which acts as a constant danger to the kids, residents and pedestrians.

I was attacked by one of these dogs late night yesterday and was almost bitten.

The lane is the 2nd lane behind SHALIMAR park in Model Town 2nd market.

Moreover whichever the area be in Delhi, there are on an average around 3 dogs present and they very often attack the pedestrians and kids, the number of street dogs bite incidence have been increasing and people are afraid of taking a stroll at night, it is quite astonishing that why MCD has not taken any action against this menace up till now.

Please take some effective steps towards eradicating this menace.

Kids can not play on the street.
Adults can not take a stroll at night.

It has become a great source of Fear in our minds.

We are facing a lot of problems due to presence of Stray dogs in the our area.(gandhi nagar). These dogs are often seen chasing the bike and small kids riding cycle. Especially during night after 9 pm dogs go rouge tends to bite people moving along road.
Residents of nearby this area are really afraid of these dogs and want to get rid of them.
