There is water leakage on on 1st main road, BHCS layout, Uttarahalli, Bangalore-560061 in front of ‘Ashraya apartment’ for the past 4-5 days. This after the road asphalting was done recently last week. Earlier to the asphalting there was no leakage for more than 10 years, since we are residing in the apartment mentioned above.Request urgent rectification, to prevent water pollution & wastage of water on priority.contact no:9986180315(sudarshan. Dear Sir,

I want to register my complaint against false transaction due to ATM Problem on 20.06.2016 Time about 10:30 AM. I was using S.B.I ATM at Ramchandrapur, Biharsharif, Near Bus stand, Nalanda. My transaction have been failed of Rs.10000/-. My money debited but cash not dispensed, also no receipt or sms received. Here I would like to inform you that I have also complained on your customer care no and after 07 days they provide me negative feedback saying money have been received by you. It is totally disgusting service sir, you should check your camera footage in this regard.. I have not received my money back in these 03 months. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Here is complaint no. M062885757 respectively. It’s the worst issue I am facing, please solve it soon.

Scam or fraud: Axis Bank — Refund processed from IRCTC but not processed from Axis bank

Hi,
I have raised a concern with the axis bank for not crediting the refund amount of 1750/- to my account against cancellation of ticket. the details are as below,
Ticket booked on : 18th October 2016
Amount : 1950+taxes = 2047/- rs
PNR : 4324851620
Ticket cancelled on : 10th November 2016
Amount to be refunded including cancellation charges levied by irctc : 1750/- rs

Even after submitting all the proofs about the transaction, the bank has not yet processed my refund. Every time I am being asked with the same set of questions. The status in irctc site is “Refunded to bank” on 12th November 2016.

Kindly help me resolving this issue. Thanks.

Scam or fraud: Intex Technologies — Intex Aqua Cloud Q11 not replaced even after 35 days

I purchased Intex Aqua Cloud Q11 last month. When I started using it, next day it got some screen issue. I was shock to see I did not even use this phone for 24 hours and it got screen issue. I went to customer care (Okhla Branch)for replacement and they said it can’t be replaced and it will repaired. I said okay please repair it and they give me time of 7 days to repair.
I am continuously calling Intex customer care from last 35 days and they are making fake promised like come after 3 days, 7 days etc. Now after 25 days they said your phone can’t be repaired, it will replaced.
I don’t know why did they take 25 days just to find out it will be replaced. I have been promised several times by customer care that phone will be replaced after 3 days, 4 days etc. I have visited customer care 4 times to get my phone.
There is girl in Customer care named as SONIA, she does not even know how to talk with the customer. She cut the phone without even listening to the problems and every time commits fake promised.
I am frustrated from 35 days that I am chasing these people for my own money and my phone. What kind of service they are providing, what kind of phones they are making, what kind of people they are hiring for customer care.
Seriously, I don’t know what to do now. I have been waiting from last 35 days.
Please help me here.

I’ve booked a plot @ankitaputhur, sep 2015 & I’ve paid 345500/-, due to delaying of registration more than 3 months we canceled plot booking and asked syed to refund our money, after a long time, he settled 224500/- ( by very poor slots) still(22.11.2016) we are begging for remaining amount but he did’t. firstly he gave us 3 cheques partial of 345500/-, one has cleared and another one is bounced, its been more than one year still we struggling with this issue, i’ve called mr.mohideen so many times, and i visited him @ rich india, kodambakkam office @ many times, still i’m not getting any good responsible from his side. i’m ready to give you all the details, like booking receipt, cancellation letter, cheque copies & payment details.

Scam or fraud: Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refuse to take Deposit in Jan Dhan even after RBI Circular

As per RBI guidelines after demonetization scheme, you can deposit any money in your account inlcluding Jan-Dhan account. But PNB Manesar (Gurgaon) Branch mis-behaved and refused to take the money in Jan-dhan account in excess of Rs. 49, 000 without showing any circular or proper justification from their side. they harrased me a lot. We stand hours in queue and they simply refuse after getting number.

I ordered Panasonic eluga mobile on 19-11-2016, with payment mode is card on delivery, delivery date is on 21-11-2016, but the delivery boy says swiping machine not working,
today(22-11-2016) delivery boy came to deliver the product, again swiping machine is not working,
Please take this problem as serious and work on that.

This is abhishek banker by profession..on sunday at 4.05 pm when i reached for watching movie at pnm mall cinepolis patna one bouncer slapped me just for saying him that is parking space is empty then why u dont allow me to park my bike…when i convey this message to cinepolis they said ”jo karna hai kar lijiye hum log kisi se nh darte” i was with my friends and her wives all are mentally harassed yesterday…we are nine people there including 3 ladies…and this thing happened to us…the cost of ticket is 1800/ rs…we didnt watched movies and come back.

My broadband connection is not working from more than 30 days and i have complained regarding it more than 7 times and evertime i call them they escalate the request to high priority even asked them to terminate the connection but there is no response from reliance team.
I am facing a huge loss of my work due to no internet connection.
