Scam or fraud: Toshiba India — Toshiba LED TV Non-Functioning

Complaint Details:
This is to kindly inform you that, my LED TV is not working due to some internal issues. As it is in warranty period so I have filed a complain for the same on 5th of October. Later a visit was given by the Toshiba representative on 15th October and after monitoring of the LED TV a phone number (Mr. Anurag – 9560166550) was suggested by the representative for further enquiry.

When i enquired on the given phone number no one responded, so after trying several times I filed another complain the above issues on 9th November. But again there was no response from the company side. I am very much disappointed with the service provide by the Toshiba company, as after several complains there is no one to address the issues.

Kindly help me out for the same, request favoured will be highly appreciated.

Micro Max E483 Black Mobile- there is a screen problem, i had submitted the mobile at service centre S S COMMUNICATION GTB NAGAR DELHI on 05.11.2016 almost taken 15 days and called MICRO MAX head office gurgaon but they have told it will take again 21 days.

people who are buying micro max mobile will learn & face actual problem only after the day one.

Worst connection i have ever had.. almost every next day i need to call customer care and register my complaint and surprise to me that the issue is resolved and i get message that the issue is resolved though its not actually resolved and no personal visit of technical person. dont give such service to customers GTPL. ad yeah their main slogan is technical person will visit your place within 24 hours but its never ever the scenario. disappointed from the services.

I ordered food from KFC at around 10:25pm on 18/11/16. They deduct the amount and showed the popup that something went wrong . When i tried to call them i.e area delivery they didn’t pick up the call. Amount deducted is around 277. I called Bangalore headoffice, there also noone pick up the call.

Sir, I made a big blunder to trust Micromax for purchasing the mobile for which I am repenting, it seems that Micromax top officials have directed their service centers to loot and cheat people. My ordeal started when I purchased Micromax Canvas 5 E481 Mobile somewhere in September, 2016 the said mobile which suffered a physical damage was deposited with authorised Service center of Micromax M/s Shri Laxmi Enterprises G-1/3A, 1st Floor, Metro Pillar No.673, Najafgarh Road, Opp Arya Smaj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi: 110059 along with Rs. 4050/- in advance for the repair on 13.10.2016, Ever since then I have been running from post to pillar to get back my mobile but instead I am receiving threatnings from the Service
Center as they are not ready to deliver my mobile. The owner of the Service Center Shri Sanjeev has been making fake excuses ever since 13.10.2016 but the outcome is zero as they are not delivering my mobile and instead trying to threaten me that if I bother them they can teach me a lesson so that I do not disturb them. Firstly I planned to inform the threatening to the local Police but I feel before I approach Police and Hon’ble Court I request the top officials if they are concerned about the reputation of the company which is their bread and butter may provide me justice, but even after making a complaint almost two day ago Ref No. SER147970003577 NO ACTION IS INITIATED.

Scam or fraud: Nilgiris, Mahindra World City-canopy. — Cakes have been sold exceeding expiry date.

I purchased Nilgiris cake from Nilgiris, Mahindra World City-Canopy. After reaching home I found that its expiry date was on 06/11/16, still the product is being sold. After opening I found that cake was fully rotten and fungus has deposited. There was no response from Nilgiris customer care even. I have even seen many of the bakery items with fungus deposition being sold in their bakery counter.

244848 – Ticket closed without work.
253827 – While inquiring on the ticket 244848 they said this has been closed. Insisted to reopen the ticket. But they opened one more 253827 . Before this a service person came to my place and took the faulty device stating he will send the parts to Pune and you will get a replacement. Product is on warranty and i have provided all the documents. This has already been 1 month. I am tired of following up to customer care and the service engineer.

Are you going to expand the warranty duration? i have not purchased this just to hang in Kitchen.

Sir I have booked a 2BHK flat in Samiah builders at Rudrapur (Uttrakhand) in December, 2012, and have paid about 8 Lakh to the builders and installments are being paid to the Bank regularly. Till now, no response has been given by the builders and no allotment/refund of money has been given by the builders. Several times I contacted to the builder’s management at the site but they are very uncertain about the completion of the project and delivery/possession of flat to me. I am lower grade central government employee and facing financial crunch due to non-completion of the project timely by the builder. Pl help in the matter keeping in view of my hardships.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — Airtel has not refiunded my 1000 Rs

Hello All,
I have paid Airtel for providing new connection . I have seen advertisement as connection will be given within a week of time but airtel again called me and said they cannot give connection now., so i asked for refund of money . All conversation has happened through phone and emails . They asked my Neft transaction details, Government address proof with signature, cancelled cheque – I have provided them all but they dint refund, After that they called me they are going to send me cheque which is their process to refund still I have recieved any of it . Airtel is not eveb bothering to look at my email and responf but they are very particular on looting consumers money .

This looks to be a fraud company after all they have developed at so many places .

I too much irritated . I need my money back or i need to file complaint against company .

guys please help me to avoid further issues like these for any consumer . let me know who all can stand with me .
