Dear Sir/Madam
I have paid Direct tax through ICICI Bank Internet banking on 28/09/2016 of amount Rs 5007/- but till today it is not yet reflected in my Net banking website page, ( under Tax centre- View e-Challan).
I have obtained the challan ID from customer care help after few days.
I got mail from income tax dept that my payment is not received,
Also note that this payment is also not yet reflected in Income tax website (FORM 26AS) any of FYs.
I have used all web browsers like IE, Chorme, FirefFox, etc and even in Android for ICICI bank website where all other previous challans are available but this particular challan is missing.
and because of this issue my Form 3 submitting process is pending

I brought Moto G from Ebay, My 1st issue was with Blue dart, the services are gone poor drastically, they never call they never step on the door, but will update the delivery status failed door locked. after my escalation to show me the proof of the call and the visit to my door, which they failed to. my product got deliverd in 40 min i was surprised.

The comes to the product was full of minute scratches, the phone was used, & i raised a complaint for which i just get a msg saying our claim team has tried to call please accept our calls from no +9102261322300. when you suggest customer of waiting 48 to 72 hours for a call. & you make an single attempt to reach out customer sounds so stupid. shows no value to customer time 7 patience you are not encouraging us to buy products from you.

On 30-10-2016 i had booked online ticket from ganpatipule to mumbai for amt 675.50 and details of transaction which i can see from banking system is 5903173349igaaekcld9 transfer to 459 (to (transfer inb pilani soft lab pvt. Ltd ).
I had not received ticket hence inquired with red bus but they said they have received the money hence once again i made payment and booked the ticket
however i have not recd refund and sbi confirmed that money had been successfully transfer.

Gentle reminder !!

I am not getting any feed back from branch also. All are busy in exchanging notes at public service. Regular customers are ignored due to temporarily additional work load.

This to inform you that today an amount of Rs. 4, 361/- wrongly Debited in my – SB A/c No. 315602011000545 at UBI Lilavati Extention Counter.

I hereby clarify that I have not issued any Cheque to any one for the above said amount. Also I have not given any mandate for ECS to any person or Company recently in force.

I seems an error occurred at your back office operation or otherwise It should be a mischievous and frivolous act of some cheating entities or individual.

Please take the matter very seriously and investigate urgently.

Therefore, I request you to reverse the transaction and credit the amount Rs. 4, 361/- back to my above SB account with immediate effect under intimation to me.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Sir i purchase a phone x710 on 01/ 07/ 2016of micromax company from jain mobile store baltana zirakpur after two months its battery dead i went to micromax service center where my phone battery is taken by them for replacement on 20/09/2016. i went there almost 7-8 times but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer for that and always said this is company problem and we did not do any thing .but one day on 23/11/2016 when i go there the take job sheet and mobile from me and after half an hour when i talk about my phone and jobsheet they only give me my phone and said go when i ask them for jobsheet they said it is not given to you go any where weather to police we donot give you your jobsheet then i call 100 no. to police and tell him all this police men talk to them then they give me that job sheet sir pls inspect in this matter other wise your customer service center make your company shame i also make a report of same to local police station for same on 23/11/2016. the service centre is situated in sector 11 panchkula SCO. 11 and they are making your company black listed pls concern in this matter and provide me service as earlier as possible other wise i go to consumer court.

I had booked online ticket for 28 sep 2016 from varvade mad to borivali – night luxury ticket no 26257163
without prior intimation bus was reschedule from ratnagiri to borivali instead of jaighad borivali. i was waiting at stop and some others passengers told me

i sent email stating the same and for refund of money however they mentioned that i need to submit written compliant to depo which i had submitted at borivali shukarwadi on 05 nov 2016

still not received refund
ideally conductor should check who are the passengers who had not on boarded and should submit report for refund who had booked tickets online. first thing passengers are suffering for bus cancelled and are struggling for refund of money

how state buses shall then run in profit?

The bank of baroda staff behaves is not good .
they not give information to the customer .
A female worker of the bank of baroda pipariya
is not talking in a good way and not giving information
properly . i have gone to submit money in my account and i also have id proof medam told that the signature is should be same in saving paper and id paper.

I handed over all the refund documents on dec 2014, at that time you told me with next 5months all the money i invested in SNG Vardhaman project @21 lacs will be returend back to me with intrest,
now itsNov2016, still its pending, every time they promise but failed to return.
I am in serious family trouble, I would like to get back money as soon as possible.
builder need to give me my money with intrest

since as of now the shop is leased by vardhaman

On 08.06.2016 by walk i went to hospital for knee pain treatment, they suggested for left knee arthroscopic surgery and performed the same, while performing operation they administered spinal anesthesia that went wrong and started PDPH and un bearable backpain & headache, i was there for ten day but no improvement, their reply is conservative treatment and takes times, on 17.06.16 discharged from hospital and shifted to hyderabad by amubulance as i could not even sit, i was in slant / lay-down position only for pain relief. from that day onwards till date iam taking treatment but no complete relief, after six months just i am able to sit and stand and walk no bendings and big movements. i was on leave for the more than 5 months.

They have damaged my back as life time..kindly may please be taken in to account of grievance and do the needful
