Whenever I am trying to login to my paytm account, the web site is asking me to register my mobile number (which is already registered long back), and when I give my mobile number, it sends me an OTP, but after I enter the OTP, it shows me a message on screen and does not allow me to login.

“New phone number is recently linked with another account. For further queries, please raise a query at paytm.com/care.”

This is happening for last one month. Request you to guide me whom shall I contact in this regards. I am not able to contact you on customer care number.

one of the staff(perhaps the messenger/lower class employee) refused to entry the bank at 1:58 pm by stating that the bank is closed from 2-3:00 pm as lunch hour.but when i stated that i am a old customer of the bank and will close my account, then some other employee came and said now it is 2 o clock and the bank will reopen at 2:30 pm.
my complain is that what is the right time of the bank and the person who is in charge of closing door, why not be punished for closing the bank before time and for his ridiculous behavior?

Dear sir my self dheerendra singh rawat iam purchase coolpad note3mobile from amazon 25.07.16..but after use my mobile last 7days my mob chargrer does not work.ihave submited the cabel in touch center gurgaon 17.011.16.he say to me your charger cabel replace within 2-3 day and you inform about this in call.but till date not any call receive to me and no one pic the call in touch center gurgaon

I have ordered 2 Nos. of Pillsbury Milk Choco Spread 180 gm Pack of 2 but, I got delivery of only 1 No. but, both the items were shown as Delivered at snapdeal account. Immediately I tried to report and tried calling the customer care but, I could not reach them as the options were not allowing to speak to any of the customer care executives. I then cancelled 1 of the items. None of them reached out to me till 20th Nov’16. I got a call from the cancellation department and I explained them, they said they will inform the Customer Care team and escalate the matter. They assisted me to reach the Customer Care Team and I explained them on the happening, they said they would accept that they will take up this issue and try resolving it. Later today on 25th Nov’16 I got a call from Customer Care Team and they say they can’t process the request.

Request you to look into this and resolve.

My self saurabh sain and my loan no is 4010pl00188018, i take this loan in 2012 i pay your installment regulry but suddenly my job is no more and i am not able to pay in mean while you take legal action and put case on me, t i present in court now after 3 years i get new job but your collection agent Mr Rahul Rathor ( 9599224377 )(011-47061385 ) call me and giving me abuse, they also call in my office reception girl same giving abuse to her and many other thing, then i talk with your guy he said settle this i said ok but he giving me amount 34600 to pay in one short now i am not abl to pay in one short, in one short i can pay only 20 k orin 6 emi if you want to settle in this amount kindly contact me .and plz call to your guy if he talk me again like this i will go to police and file a fir against you and your guy.
i have all recordings for proof.

Here i got the genuine proof from AIIMS Hospital Doctor, one of the finest doctor & reputed doctor Sameer Bakshi, he said this is fake trust don’t believe on them & do not donate them, as i already said they are playing with the emotions of innocent people & totally a business making policies, their volunteers are using abuse wordings over the call if you say i cant donate right now i will donate next month they are using abuse wordings, please check the below mail of Doctor Sameer Bakshi, and we are going to complaint against this fraud trust .

This is to bring in to the notice of the apex authorities, AXIS bank employees of the branch ashoka niketan delhi -110092 have a disrespectful behavior towards the bank account holders and especially during the time of demonetarization, on 11-11-16 I went to the bank to withdraw Rs 10
000/- one employee particularly sanjeev yadav misbehaved bragging how much he earns and constantly misbehaving and also I saw him changing money in the basement with id’s where they were supposed give account holders withdrawls from their accounts, I suspect scam in this situation, I request the RBI to look into the matter that whether they are changing currency legally as directed by the RBI guidelines, I am pretty sure that they are charging some premium to exchange large sums of money on ID’s of the labourers and workers. I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO KINDLY CROSS CHECK THE ID’S FOR ANY DISCRIPANCIES. I have also not received any satisfactory reply from the bank apart from this” it will not happen again my reference no. 13895224 given by the bank.
