Complaint Details:
The way, procedure and priority of the Staff of Pramukh Nissan of Surat, Gujarat is very very poor.
The persons who come to drop their vehicle for service are made to wait for nnecessarily long time.
Instead of attending the case on first come first basis, customers who are known personally or those who push their way are attended first.
One person comes for inspection, break, asks another to prepare estatimate, break, so on it goes.
It take at least 45 minutes from an person to drop a vehicle which should be looked at.

I lodged a complaint on 22/11/2016 against Mohit Kumar of Mandaula branch, Ghaziabad regarding demand of bribe against exchange of currency notes, but I am sorry to say that no action has been taken against him till date moreover he got to know about the complaint, and now he’s threatening me that how will I get new notes from the Mandaula branch.
Sir, I again request you to take strict action against him or I will be forced to go to the consumer court.

I am a customer of Bharatgas from West Bengal, district- Nadia. Distributor- Mitra Distributors. Each time I have a delivery of gas cylinder, the delivery man demands for extra delivery charges and if he is refused he uses abusive language and behaves rudely.I have already brought this issue in the view of the distributor, but they can’t solve the problem

I had purchased a sofa set from exhibition in Goa in the month of September 2016. I paid for my sofa after the delivery then only i got my sofa. Mr. Dinesh gurnani advised me to have a matching centre table with sofa. i transferred 10000 in Mr. kunal thakker account and till date they are not picking up calls and they didn’t even reply on whats app after reading the messages. Mr. Dinesh has vanished after the payment is deposited. He referred me to Mr. rahul shah, who in turn referred me to Mr. Sikander khan. No one tells the clear picture after repeated calls everyday.2 days back i got call from sikander khan that my table is ready and i shall get it picked from Mumbai, the delivery to Goa was committed by them in cost. i somehow managed safexpress transport to pick from their warehouse, for my surprise i was informed by sikander khan that their warehouse had major fire broke out and everything fisnished. When is asked for warehouse address, he refused to give me as he was telling a new excuse. I am fed of these scoudrels and please beware of these fraud group, they normally target people in exhibitions. Next time you see them in exhibition, do not order anything…You will not get it.
