Dear Sir,

This is inform you that i have a EDC Machine of Axis bank ltd.
and a current A/c no. HOTEL THE SARA .my A/c no. is 679010200000107
I have a EDC machine display problem and machine is also not doing work properly .i made a complaint many times on your call center numbers but they didnt do any thing.i have so many lose of transactions many time because of machine working problem .so at the end i decided to close the A/c and machine after complaining so many times.despite of many reminder and call they didnt replay me

My parents opened 2 different senior citizen account on 15/09/ 16, and they have been promised by Axis bank Mira road Santipark branch RM Mr.Basu n Mr. Sachin that they will provide senior citizen card within a week and now its more that 2 and half month, my parents haven’t received card and when we are trying to reach they are not responding calls, when my father visited branch Mr. Bash n Mr. Sachin avoid them n after all these I have spoke to Mr.Basu n Mr. Sachin said they will arrange senior citizen card by next day n they will call us, its again been an week n no respons from them.
We have three accounts in Axis Mira road santi park branch n has demat account too, nw I want to close all three and demat account as I service of staff is poor and they lied all the time.
Can’t trust any organization with such negligent staff
Please advise how to proceed further
And Axis customer care no is nt help full trying get through phone banking officer but can’t get through them as they are not passing the lines

Recently many people face this problem..
Please make a speed breaker in front of every society gate also put an instruction board at that way.
Your help can save ahmedabad’s people life and also stop accident.

Sir, today at 12.36am i recharged 250/- for airtel prepaid mobile. then that time my paytm wallet maintains 10/- only. so, bank deducted 240/- only. bank account that time not deducted my balance.so, i recharged with paytm wallet balance 10/-. then after at 5.57am bank account deducted recharge bal 240/-. but my mobile not recharged with 240. in my wallet 240/- was not there. please check it sir. my recharge order number is 2284471407 29 Nov’16.

I have returned the ny bike to the warehouse address provided by snapdeal. after one week i tracked the consignment and showing that the warehouse person has refused to accept and next day i received the consignment back. I am calling since 15 days to snapdeal customer but till date it has not been solved. neither i got my courier charges not product money.

This is the first time i am facing problem with snapdeal and this let me down and very much disappointed because everytime i call they say money will be deposited within 24 hours…

I had paid our electricity bill (UPPCL) of Rs. 855/- thru my paytm wallet on 15-Nov-16 but still outstanding is showing on UPPCL site even i did not received any confirmation massage yet and amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet also.
You are requested to have a look on this as i have already registered my complaint on customer care ( #10190937 ) on 22-Nov-16 but there is no response from their side also.

I WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 2 NOV THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL FIX IT ONE WEEK ( BLINKING DISPLAY ) BUT IT””S BEEN 27 DAYS THEY STILL DID””T FIX IT AND THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL TAKE 1 MONTH MORE ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE SAYING THAT SAMSUNG IS NOT PROVIDING THEM DISPLAY SO THEY CAN””T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THEY DON””T KNOW WHEN THIS ISSUE CAN GET FIXED ! AND THEY ARE DOING THIS WITH EVERYONE FIRST THEY SAY ONE WEEK AFTER THEY REPEAT THE SAME STORY TO EVERY CUSTOMER THEY RECEIVE.The problem is yet not solved ! so please either solve my problem or give me my refund !

the first one is received from Aramex on 17/11/2016 and the second one from yours are not received to me still today.
If there are difficulties to delivered my order than please refund my money.

Hi, I have submitted my Samsung mobile J7 to Samsung care center ghatkopar Mumbai 40086 on 4-Nov-2016 due to display blinking. The handset was in warranty period. I didn’t get any response from service center. I have tried calling on their landline no but, they didn’t receive call also MTNL landline was not working. Then they ask me to submit the original bill and box of mobile to the service center. I have submitted all the documents. On 24-Nov-2016 they said they will exchanged my handset. It will take 10-days more. The was they are working and talking is very rude. They didn’t know the value of customers time. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
I didn’t get my handset yet, Its around one month now.

I ordered mobile from quirk last week. The problem of screen freeze started one day after the purchase of mobile. Now it happens all the time like 10-15 times per day. Practically the mobile is not use able. I tired contacting quirk from email and mobile but they are not replying to me.

The order ID is 10200507.

When I started complaning it was less than 7 days and they are supposed to replace the mobile. Please help me resolved this issue.
