I have surrendered their connection on 26/09/2016 and representative collected their modem and that time he said I shall get the refund of deposit of amount Rs. 1000 within 45 bank working days. Now its been too long but I am yet to receive the refund, I contacted them on their customer care number 9227009000, they said complaint will be resolved within 4-8 hrs but its already two days but I haven’t received any feedback from them.

I transferred money from my account to beneficiary account paytm gave me order number 2291259282 money has been deducted from my account but it was not deposited in the beneficiary account I lodge a complaint number 4131023289 but no action was taken
Kindly deposit money in my bank account or transfer it to the beneficiary account
I am in 5000/- rupees loss please help

It’s very regretful that today I needed to write this email to you. I am snapdeal customer since time when it was not even a known to many and was just giving deal/discount coupons. Since then very few occasions came where I had to face this much frustration and disappointed from your service and treatment.
I have ordered mobile phone from your website on 26 nov 2016.you said that the ordered will be shipped you between 28 nov. to 2 dec. but i didn’t received dispatched message yet.i have contact you via mail and call three times but i didn’t get any response from you i also registered complaint yesterday that also not respond me yet.if my order is not get me till 2 dec.i have all the evidence of the order then i am going to complaint against you on consumer court.

D-Link they are selling wifi routers. D-Link selling routers which is tough to installation process. You should do network engineering to install this toughest process. When they don’t have ability to understand customers requirements then how can they sell such old installation application process on public. Software installation process should be ease. Why question paper to us. Give work to your developers why we shd behind it for installation?

I wanted to purchase 4 liter milk and paneer pouch at milk booth no. 778 near Max Hospital, Patparpar ganj. The vendor refused to accept Rs. 500 note and said you have to purchase product for complete amount of Rs. 500note. I requested him to accept the note and I will take the product in due course as per my requreiment, but he refused and insisted not to accept the note, and misbeved and thretend me to do whateever.you can, which is against the announcement of the Government.

This is the second time, I am facing such a bad service by Pandit Auto || Sahu College, Pune post servicing done .
I left the vehicle on 26-11-2016 for servicing having my AMC for service already with Pandit auto, Vehicle was having hard clutch problem only, so the service personal said that clutch plate need to replace and would charge 5000 INR estimate, and later on after service said that, it didn’t required change and just went okay after polishing, but the amount they estimated for replacement remained the same, any way i thought not to get it further, secondary there was full petrol inside the tank and found empty while receiving the vehicle and when I inquired with Mr.Jagdish, then he said that it consumed while taking tests rides, but is it justifiable when vehicle ran only a kilometer and consumes whole tank fuel . When we receive vehicle, clutch was not smooth and Mr Jagdish said that they worked on it, so it would take some time to get it on . Any how received the vehicle and when rode with my family, then all of sudden vehicle with huge noise start moving dangerously, later on reverse gear was also not working . I complained all this to Jagdish, then he sent person to repair at my residence, they got some changes and fixed some cables with quick fix and said that some cables need to replace, and said that if problem raise again then I should get its replacement . One of the Head Lamp was also not working and they fixed it . It was really a nightmare for us on thinking of such a service from you In previous service also when I got the delivery then its gear was sticking and service personal took back then vehicle and fixed the problem .

I have a demat account in icici bank my icici bank account number is (024401519769). It was created two year back. Yesterday i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ’29/11/2016 63208070 DP CHGS TILL OCT-16. 805.00′. When i created the demat account, not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile bank. It is not small amount government encouraging online transaction but icici doing bad to customer. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount either i will need to do some serious action against icici fraud. My phone number is 9989996389.

Complaint Details:
I purchased a pack of 4 bottles of LIFE ZEN EYE SPA from Amazon.in. I used 2 bottles without any problem. However when I used the remaining bottles, after a few days the solution would not flow from the bottle and when I removed the inner cap there was nothing inside but black, moldy sludge. I then bought a single bottle from a hospital pharmacy with the same result. All the bottles that I purchased were well within their shelf-life. I mailed Life Zen and explained the problem and gave them the batch numbers. Initially they showed interest in coming to collect the defective product from me, but never did, although I sent them at least six e-mails. Life Zen tried to deflect responsibility by saying that Amazon.in was not authorized to sell their product.
Judge for yourself whether you put this junk in your eyes.

Dear Sir,

I have once used airtel dongle in india and six month i am in usa.
I have numerous time asked to disconnct the dongle .But airtel is refusing to disconnect the dongle because as per them I have to come and physically do it in airtel branch. They are continuously sending me bill without the dongle being used.
